All patients will have an initial consultation before surgery to give you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about oral and maxillofacial surgery, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs.

Please bring a referral from your dentist, a list of medications you currently take, your insurance information and driver’s license to your appointment.
